James Pugh is appointed District Commissioner. James was previously the District Youth Commissioner, as well as a Scout Leader at 1st Radlett and an Explorer Leader. 

Aged 19 at appointment, he is one of the youngest ever to be appointed to this role, showing how young people who work through the movement are filled with the Skills they need to succeed and be successful in their future careers
